Preheat the oven to 200℃ (392℉)
Cut the veggies into bitesize pieces and slice the starfruit. Slide the pieces onto kebab sticks.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for the passionfruit glaze and mix well.
Baste both sides of your kebabs with the glaze, then place them onto a lined baking tray.
Roast your kebabs in the centre of the oven for around 30 minutes, until the glaze begins to caramalise.
